• Please refrain from washing your shoes in the machine. Instead, we recommend using a bristle brush and shoe cleaner for cleaning.

• Please ensure that you select the correct size and design when placing your order. Once 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, we are unable to cancel or amend the order as everything is made to order.

• These shoes undergo a unique aging process where they are physically immersed in coffee. As a result, the dye may not uniformly cover all areas of the shoes, creating variations across each panel. Additionally, the dyeing process brings out the excess glue more visibly from the original shoe manufacturing. However, we meticulously color match the dye and carefully paint over the glue to divert attention from it.

• Shoe sizes above UK 9.5 are customised on a White and Platinum Dunk's and will have a light grey sole. (Other sizes due to availability will also have the above).
