Lead Time - Custom Sneakers

All of our trainers are bespoke and crafted upon order. Consequently, our dispatch timeline ranges from four to six weeks. There may be a marginal increase in this lead time during our peak periods. Should you need the trainers by a specific date, kindly reach out to our customer service team at info@platinumshoecare.co.uk. Occasionally, we may be able to expedite your delivery with our express shipping option. We understand your eagerness to receive your trainers promptly and will endeavour to accommodate express orders to the fullest extent possible. Please bear in mind that we are a compact team of artisans.

Orders being shipping outside of the United Kingdom

Our business is located in England, United Kingdom, yet we serve customers globally. For orders dispatched outside the United Kingdom, we utilise UPS Express for shipping. After dispatch, items are typically delivered within 3-5 days, depending on your global location. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

It is important to note that some countries impose import taxes which must be paid by the customer before UPS can deliver the parcel. These fees are not determined by us, nor do we benefit from them. We advise you to research these fees in your own country if you are uncertain about them. Non-payment of these fees will result in UPS returning the parcel to us, after which we will process a refund.

Please be aware that the refund will be subject to deductions including a 20% restocking fee, a £25.00 shipping fee, and a £25.00 return shipping fee.

Order being shipping inside of the United Kingdom 

All UK orders are dispatched using DPD's next-day delivery service once fulfilled. Upon shipment, you will receive your tracking information via email. Occasionally, these emails may be directed to spam folders, so we advise checking there as well. Finally, our experience indicates that customers with the DPD tracking app on their phones tend to experience fewer delays in communication. Please consider this for a smoother delivery process.
