Returning

Since our trainers are made to order, tailored to your specific design and size, we cannot accept returns once they have been received. However, in the rare event that your trainers arrive damaged, we will correct our mistake and cover all associated costs. It is crucial that you choose the correct size when ordering from our website. Size charts are available in all product descriptions to assist you with this.

Cancelling order 

After 48 hours, there is no option to cancel or amend your order. We do not hold any trainers in stock; each pair is made to order. When a customer places an order on our website, we then order the plain shoes from the manufacturer, preparing them for customisation. Due to this process, cancellation is not feasible once the physical ordering has commenced.

Authorised Return

Should a return be authorised, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including the return of the shoes to us. Your refund may also be subject to deductions, which are determined on a case-by-case basis. For any queries, please email info@platinumshoecare.co.uk.
