How long will it take to receive my custom shoe order?

Lead time on all custom footwear is 4-6 weeks. However, if you need your order before a certain date please get in contact and we can discuss arrangements.  

Are custom shoes durable?

All of our shoes are water resistant, wearable and crack proof. However damage can be caused by misuse. Our trainers also come with a lifetime guarantee. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes we have shipped all over the world. Simply select international shipping at the checkout. 

How can I get in contact with you? 

You can either email us at info@platinumshoecare.co.uk, via Instagram, Facebook or via the 'Contact Us' tab on our website. 

How do I clean my custom footwear? 

We can be the go to company for cleans. Alternatively if you would like to do it yourself I would recommend using Sneakerser or any other similar cleaning solution. We do not recommend using the washing machine. 

How do I know when my order has been posted? 

You will receive a notification once the item(s) have been posted via email or text message.

If I order the wrong size or do not like the design when it arrives can I get a refund? 

Unfortunately every custom shoe is made to order and we do not accept refunds or exchanges. Please read our returns policy for full details. 

Can I request my own design? 

Definitely!! Get in touch via info@platinumshoecare.co.uk to commission your own design or fill out the form on our page 'create my own trainers'

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately this is not an option, because everything is made to order when you place an order we order the shoes that need customising from our supplier immediately to ensure we can get all orders done as soon as possible. Please read our returns policy for full details. 

Damaged boxes....

As a business we do everything we physically can to ensure the boxes are not damaged whilst on there way to you by double boxing them. Regrettably on occasions our suppliers do not have the same practice as us and when the boxes arrive they are damaged. We always to do our upmost to send shoes back to our suppliers if the boxes are too damaged but when the shoes in question are limited in numbers by our supplier this is not always possible as there is not another pair of shoes that can be physically replaced. Apologies in advanced from Platinum Shoe Care if you receive a damaged box.
