For UK orders, we use DPD as our shipping partner. DHL is our partner for worldwide shipping.
Please refrain from washing your shoes in the machine. Instead, we recommend using a bristle brush and shoe cleaner for cleaning.

While our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks, we understand the urgency of some requests and offer express shipping options. Rest assured, our primary commitment is to excellence; perfection takes time and cannot be rushed. For our UK customers, we proudly provide DPD next-day delivery once the order is complete and international orders are expedited through UPS Express.

Please note: The order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country. Failure to pay the customs fees will result in the shoes being returned to us, we will then refund you minus a 20% restocking fee and any other fees occurred within the process of returning.
